charges are as per listed. DEFECTIVE ITEMS WILL BE REPLACED NO MONETARY
REFUNDS. Customer mails defective product to HU and also alert HU at
hushopping@huwholearmour.com. THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT MUST BE MADE
AVAILABLE FOR HU™ INSPECTION. After inspection, HU will alert customer
as to its findings. Final decision to replace the item or not is solely
at the discretion of Human Utilities and if product was not defective,
it will not be returned unless customer pays for shipping. ALL PAYMENTS AND THE LIKE ARE
SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BEFORE ITEM IS SHIPPED.
